Separate four possible failures
- Not configured: the provider credential or callback has not been activated.
- Not received: provider did not send the event or SHVYA did not accept it.
- Rejected: required fields/phone/source IDs invalid, authorization failed, or pipeline/stage is unavailable.
- Applied elsewhere: event updated a matching normalized-phone lead instead of creating a new one.
Provider-specific checks
- JustDial: organization setup request is not enough; only Superadmin provisions the private URL. Ask the JustDial manager to configure GET lead push and send a test.
- IndiaMART: confirm Superadmin private URL, seller Push API/OTP activation and required unique enquiry ID and buyer phone.
- Meta Lead Ads: verify Page/form selection, lead access, webhook subscription and destination mapping.
- Google Sheets: check source column mapping, phone formatting and last successful event/sync.
- SHVYA API: check active key scope, documented endpoint, HTTP status and organization-scoped pipeline IDs.
- Outgoing Webhook: inspect destination HTTPS, authentication and 2xx receiver response.
Correct response
Find one specific provider event by time/reference, compare the mapping result to CRM and correct that layer. Do not bulk replay all events while the original result is uncertain.
Safety
Token-bearing callback URLs and raw provider payloads may contain secrets or personal data. Share redacted examples only.
