External AI / Operations MCP

Connect authorized AI assistants to scoped SHVYA diagnostic and operation capabilities.

SHVYA product documentation

What is Operations MCP?

SHVYA exposes an OAuth-protected Operations MCP endpoint for approved external AI clients and a separate read-only diagnostic connector. An AI assistant can inspect and, when explicitly permitted, propose or apply bounded SHVYA actions through backend tools.

Authorization matters

  • The OAuth login binds the external client to a real SHVYA actor.
  • An organization administrator is restricted to their organization and Superadmin-owned policy.
  • A Superadmin must select an explicit customer support context before customer-specific operations.
  • Write capabilities require the correct scope, active organization policy and, for sensitive actions, applicable approval.
  • Loading a Skill or using an AI prompt never grants new privileges.

Connect a compatible client

  1. In your approved AI client, configure the authorized SHVYA MCP address: https://shvya-ai.com/operations/mcp/.
  2. Authenticate through SHVYA's OAuth browser flow using your own role.
  3. Inspect the client-visible tool list and available organization context.
  4. Read existing configuration before suggesting a change.
  5. For writes, review target IDs, tenant, requested diff and approval prompt.
  6. Check the live saved state and validate behavior after applying a change.

Current catalog

The repository currently defines a maximum of 149 Operations-native tools plus 10 diagnostic tools before OAuth/capability filtering. The bundled library has 27 top-level domain skills. Your authenticated tools/list / prompt/resource discovery is authoritative because the active grant can expose fewer capabilities.

Domain skills

The platform packages domain-focused assistance, including account setup/review, AI flow testing, acceptance testing, workflow building, WhatsApp diagnostics and account handover. These are instructions for combining authorized tools, not hidden master keys.

Troubleshoot connection

Check OAuth session/PKCE completion, client permissions, current support context, revoked grants and organization capability policy. Do not paste access tokens or refresh credentials into chats or tickets.
