Outgoing webhooks

Send SHVYA lead events to an authorized HTTPS endpoint you control.

SHVYA product documentation

What outbound webhooks do

The webhook integration helps a downstream system react to selected SHVYA lead create/update events. It is different from inbound JustDial, IndiaMART, Google Sheets or Meta webhooks.

Prepare your receiver

  1. Host an HTTPS endpoint in your system.
  2. Configure an authenticated secret and expected payload handling.
  3. Open Connect Hub → Webhook and enter the supported endpoint settings.
  4. Save and trigger a test lead create/update event.
  5. Record that your receiver returns a successful 2xx after safely processing the event.
  6. Add server-side deduplication so retried deliveries do not create duplicate records.

Expected data

Depending on enabled event configuration, common lead fields can include lead ID, contact identity, source, pipeline/stage, notes, event type and selected custom attributes. Confirm the actual configured schema rather than assuming every field is always present.

Diagnose missing delivery

Check the active webhook configuration, destination DNS/TLS, endpoint reachability, authentication, receiver HTTP status and delivery attempt logs. Redact URL credentials and customer data from bug reports.

Security

Never disable webhook signature/secret checks to pass a test. Use a test receiver separate from production when experimenting.
