IndiaMART lead integration

Provision Superadmin-managed IndiaMART Push API capture and validate enquiries.

SHVYA product documentation

Provider model

SHVYA implements an IndiaMART Push API webhook receiver, not a client-side guaranteed real-time pull/polling integration. A configured URL is only ready to receive; the seller must activate the callback in its IndiaMART account.

Activate

  1. Open Connect Hub → IndiaMART and choose Request IndiaMART Setup.
  2. SHVYA Superadmin selects the organization, pipeline and active stage and generates a private URL.
  3. In the seller's IndiaMART Lead Manager / Push API configuration, choose the applicable external CRM option.
  4. Register the private SHVYA URL and complete the provider's account/OTP verification if required.
  5. Send a sample enquiry and confirm successful receipt and the corresponding CRM lead.
  6. Review source attribution and mapped name, phone, product and enquiry details.

Expected request

The receiver accepts JSON lead-push events including a unique enquiry ID and a buyer phone. Duplicate enquiry IDs are idempotent; a later enquiry from an existing buyer may append a new note without replacing the lead's current stage.

Debugging

Verify whether the seller's panel actually sent a request, whether the URL is still enabled, the POST payload fields, data size, recipient phone and mapped destination. A rejected payload should not be silently marked imported. Provide a redacted sample and receipt/error time to SHVYA support.

Security

Do not publish, index or paste the token-bearing URL into public screenshots. Ask Superadmin to rotate it if exposed.
