Start a bulk action
- Open the relevant CRM pipeline and narrow your audience with search and filters.
- Select individual leads or all eligible leads in the stage.
- Choose Update, Export or Delete from the selection controls.
- For a pipeline move, specify both destination pipeline and valid destination stage.
- Confirm and review the job's progress/result before retrying.
What happens with large selections
Large routing-only moves use a background job with bounded batches. Moving thousands of leads need not finish inside the initial page request. The job checkpoints completed slices; repeating a completed operation blindly can create confusing activity even when lead state is already correct.
Permissions and side effects
- Export needs permission to read the selected source records.
- Move requires permission on both source and destination.
- Sequence changes require lead-edit authority.
- Delete requires explicit delete rights and confirmation; it is irreversible.
- Stage transitions may initiate Workflows and update stage history.
Troubleshooting
If 1,000 or 10,000 leads appear unchanged, check the job ID/status, selected filters, destination validity and ingestion-worker health through authorized support. Capture an example lead ID and job reference. Do not retry until you know whether the previous job is still running.
