SHVYA product documentation

Available channels

SHVYA supports WhatsApp Cloud API, WhatsApp Business App Coexistence, Hosted WhatsApp and Instagram professional messaging. They share CRM context but use different provider authorization and delivery paths.

  • WhatsApp Cloud API: Meta-hosted business messaging with Embedded Signup, official API templates and webhook events.
  • WhatsApp Coexistence: Connect a compatible WhatsApp Business App number while maintaining the supported app/API coexistence experience.
  • Hosted WhatsApp: Link a WhatsApp session by scanning a QR code, using the SHVYA hosted gateway. Hosted state depends on a connected session.
  • Instagram: Connect a Business or Creator professional account through Instagram Login, then handle eligible DMs.

One lead, one authorized sender

The lead's current CRM pipeline decides which connected WhatsApp number can send that lead a message. Linking several numbers to one organization does not mean every number can message every lead. SHVYA checks organization and account identity before AI, manual sends, Cadence and Workflows.

Messaging lifecycle

  1. A provider event or hosted session callback reaches SHVYA.
  2. SHVYA verifies the callback and records the conversation in the correct organization.
  3. A matching lead is found or created if Auto Lead Creation is enabled and permitted.
  4. The agent or AI prepares a reply subject to sender, stage, lead, provider-window and credit checks.
  5. Delivery is persisted; queued, sent, delivered and read mean different things.
