Connected Email setup

Configure an authorized sender for Cadence, Workflows and sales communication.

SHVYA product documentation

Why connect email?

Email gives SHVYA an organization-authorized channel for supported sales messages, follow-up steps and selected SHVYA Sales document delivery. It is separate from WhatsApp and does not inherit Meta's 24-hour message window.

Set up

  1. Open Connect Hub → Email.
  2. Configure the supported mailbox/provider and sender identity under organization admin access.
  3. Complete provider authorization, authentication and required sender settings.
  4. Send a test email to an inbox you control.
  5. Select the connected address in Cadence or Workflows where available.

Good practice

Use a business-owned address and accurate reply-to identity. Verify domain/provider sending rules and recipient consent. Avoid placing credentials in lead notes, workflow text or screenshots.

When email does not send

Check connection health, mailbox account permissions, sender selection, recipient address, worker/outbox status and any provider throttle or authentication code. A queued email does not imply a successful provider send.
