What you can manage

The SHVYA CRM owns the lead record. Channel messages, reminders, AI decisions, calendar bookings, documents and call activity link to that record instead of creating unrelated contact databases.

  • View leads by pipeline and stage and search using your available filters.
  • Create a lead manually or receive it from a connected source.
  • Open a lead card for contact information, activity, notes, calls and reminders.
  • Change a stage, edit authorized attributes and assign Cadence when appropriate.
  • Export or bulk-update an authorized selection.
  • Open related WhatsApp or Instagram conversations from the matching record.

The normal lead lifecycle

  1. Capture: a webhook, connection, manual entry, import, call or booking creates/finds a lead.
  2. Route: SHVYA assigns the organization, destination pipeline and active stage.
  3. Engage: a user or enabled AI replies through the authorized channel.
  4. Qualify: validated Playbook evidence updates fields and allows eligible stage changes.
  5. Follow up: Cadence, Workflows, tasks and reminders guide the next action.
  6. Convert: team members use Calendar and SHVYA Sales to book, quote and close.

When leads seem missing

Confirm your selected pipeline, stage and active filters. Ask an admin to verify assignment and the correct tenant before concluding that ingestion failed.
