What SHVYA supports
SHVYA has a native 99acres integration for provider Push/Pull XML lead ingestion. Access is organization scoped and requires Superadmin provisioning of the provider account/credentials and destination routing before it can become active.
Setup
- Open Connect Hub → 99acres and review the organization setup state.
- SHVYA Superadmin selects the organization, destination pipeline/stage and provider configuration.
- Register the SHVYA endpoint/settings with the applicable 99acres account using the provider-issued details.
- Trigger a provider test or allowed Pull sync.
- Confirm the SHVYA receipt/event and the resulting CRM lead before describing the integration as live.
Data and retry behavior
Provider records are normalized into tenant-scoped CRM leads. Receipts/events retain enough safe evidence to reconcile duplicate/retried provider activity. Existing progressed leads are not silently moved backward merely because a marketplace event is received again.
If leads are missing
Check provider account activation, configured destination, credential validity, the most recent receipt/event, Pull schedule/state when applicable, and the exact provider response. Do not infer success from a saved credential alone.
Security
Provider credentials are encrypted or secret-bound and must not be pasted into tickets, screenshots or AI chats. Use safe IDs/timestamps and redacted provider errors when escalating.
