Two areas
- Booking: configure booking pages, meeting type, hosts, availability, reminders and published links at SHVYA Calendar.
- Calendar: view day, week and month appointments at Calendar workspace.
External AI operations
Authorized Operations MCP can create a Calendar draft page, inspect setup readiness/available slots/public-link state, upload a validated logo, configure reminders, run side-effect-free booking preflight and inspect delivery evidence. These checks do not substitute for a real customer booking/provider delivery test.
Create a booking page
- Open the Calendar booking area with organization-admin permission.
- Select the destination pipeline/stage for new bookings.
- Configure duration, time zone, notice, working hours, buffers, blocks and capacity.
- Choose the meeting mode: phone, physical/custom location or supported Google Meet.
- Configure relevant form fields and follow-up/reminder sequences.
- Preview, publish and share the exact public booking URL.
What happens on booking
A visitor submits a valid form and selects an available slot. SHVYA rechecks availability on the server before committing a booking, links or creates the CRM lead and updates the protected Booked at field. Slot submission does not automatically prove a Google event/link exists; provider synchronization is separate.
Manage appointments
Open Calendar day/week/month views, filter by pipeline and select an appointment to inspect details. Authorized actions can reschedule, cancel or adjust lead routing, subject to capacity, tenant and terminal-status checks.
If no slots appear
Check the published state, page time zone, active host, working hours, date notice, blockouts, buffer duration and calendar conflicts. Verify that your test date is truly inside the configured booking window.
