Quickstart: your first lead

Connect a channel, prepare AI Brain and verify an end-to-end sample lead.

SHVYA product documentation

Before you start

  • A SHVYA login with organization administration rights for setup.
  • An active pipeline and at least one stage, normally New Lead.
  • A phone or test account you control; do not use a customer's conversation for experiments.
  • Provider access if you are connecting WhatsApp or Instagram.

Step 1 — Prepare your CRM

  1. Open Dashboard and confirm your organization and pipeline.
  2. Create or verify the New Lead and Qualified stages and describe what each means.
  3. Verify the pipeline owner and that its WhatsApp phone matches the number you intend to connect.
  4. Add the custom attributes needed for qualification, such as service interest or location.

Step 2 — Connect one live source

  1. For WhatsApp, open WhatsApp Accounts and choose API, Coexistence or Hosted based on your real setup.
  2. Alternatively, open Connect Hub and configure Google Sheets, Meta Lead Ads, JustDial, IndiaMART or 99acres.
  3. Complete provider permissions and select the intended destination pipeline and stage.
  4. Confirm the connection is active before testing.

Optional — collect setup material in Vault

For managed onboarding, SHVYA staff can use the private organization Vault to collect approved website links, brochures, pricing, media, FAQs and qualification material. Vault submission is review input; it does not automatically overwrite live AI Brain or send files to customers.

Step 3 — Configure AI Brain

  1. Open Dashboard → AI Brain / AI Setup.
  2. Save accurate About information, Bot Languages, the AI Playbook and FAQs.
  3. Write qualification questions and clear success criteria in the Playbook.
  4. Add a knowledge URL or document if needed and verify it has finished processing.
  5. Review organization, pipeline, stage and lead AI switches and available credits.

Step 4 — Test safely

  1. Use AI Sandbox first to test questions, stage logic and file-sharing conditions without sending real messages.
  2. Send a real message from a separate authorized test number to the connected business number.
  3. Check that the correct CRM lead, source, pipeline and inbound message appear.
  4. Confirm the reply arrives, any mapped attributes are saved and the intended stage change occurs only after the conditions are satisfied.
  5. Test a human reply and one follow-up before enabling wider automation.
