Google organizer options
For a Google Meet booking, SHVYA prefers an authorized Google account connected by the organization's host. An optional SHVYA-managed organizer fallback requires explicit organization consent and the platform's valid Google setup. A missing account without opted-in fallback does not create a fake meeting URL.
Connect
- Open SHVYA Calendar and choose the relevant booking page.
- Select Google settings and review the organization's organizer preference.
- For organization-owned events, have the intended host authorize their own Google account.
- For eligible SHVYA-managed fallback, an organization admin may opt in if the service is platform-enabled.
- Save, create a controlled test booking and confirm the meeting URL on the booking details.
Reschedules and external edits
SHVYA retains the booking as the record of the appointment. Existing Google events keep their original organizer and event identity. Provider synchronization can update an accepted reschedule or detect supported external changes.
If Meet link is missing
Inspect the booking's Google synchronization status and organizer preference. Check consent, host connection, account permission and provider errors. Do not manually invent a Meet URL or switch to another organization's account.
Provider troubleshooting
Google OAuth and Calendar API permission errors require authorized administrator/operator action. The exact production callback is provided by the SHVYA deployment diagnostics; do not guess or put tokens in support tickets.
