CRM for IndiaMART and JustDial Leads: Compare Kraya, TeleCRM and SHVYA
A marketplace integration is only useful when the enquiry reaches the right person with its source, requirement and next action intact.
A fresh marketplace enquiry can lose its value before anyone writes a quotation. The notification reaches one phone, the requirement is copied into a spreadsheet and a salesperson assumes somebody else called. A CRM for IndiaMART and JustDial leads should make that ownership visible.
When evaluating Kraya, TeleCRM or SHVYA, begin with the complete enquiry journey. A logo on an integrations page is not proof that your specific marketplace account is connected, that every field is mapped or that retries are handled correctly.
Define what must arrive with the enquiry
Prepare a sample containing the source, external enquiry identifier, received time, contact details and the buyer’s stated requirement. Include product, quantity and location when the provider supplies them. Mark missing information as unknown rather than inventing values.
Then agree who receives a new enquiry and what should happen if that person is unavailable. The purpose of integration is a reliable next action, not simply another row in a database.
Use the same questions for every vendor
| Requirement | Evidence to request |
|---|---|
| Account connection | A supported setup method for your actual provider account. |
| Field mapping | The original requirement and source visible on the resulting record. |
| Repeated event | A retried enquiry does not create accidental duplicate work. |
| Returning buyer | A new requirement can be recorded without erasing useful history. |
| Delivery failure | A visible error, responsible owner and recovery procedure. |
Check Kraya’s current offering, the TeleCRM overview and SHVYA features, then ask for account-specific confirmation. This guide does not claim that every integration is included in every plan.
Test duplicates before enabling automation
Two enquiries can look similar for very different reasons. A provider may retry the same event, or an existing buyer may request a new product. Treating both as a new contact creates clutter; treating both as a duplicate can hide a real sales opportunity.
Use a controlled test that repeats one enquiry identifier, then sends a separate enquiry for the same fictional buyer. Inspect the record, stage, owner and scheduled follow-up. Ask the vendor to explain the behavior before importing a large backlog. Our duplicate lead guide provides a practical checklist.
Qualification should help the quotation
For a fictional machinery enquiry, the missing details might be capacity, quantity, delivery location and intended use. Ask only what is useful for the next commercial step. A buyer requesting a catalogue should not receive a message claiming that a quotation is ready.
When a person takes over, they should see the buyer’s answers and unresolved questions. After the quote is sent, define the next follow-up and when it must stop. See our quotation follow-up examples for a respectful sequence.
What to verify with SHVYA
Discuss your IndiaMART or JustDial account, integration method and field mapping before launch. Provider configuration and an observed test enquiry are essential. Review our IndiaMART integration guide and JustDial setup checklist, then confirm implementation scope against the current plans.
Measure time to an owned first action, unresolved enquiries and quotation follow-up coverage. Those operational checks are more useful at launch than an unsupported promise of a particular revenue increase.
Book a marketplace lead workflow review with redacted sample enquiries. Ask SHVYA to demonstrate capture, a repeated event, qualification and the next salesperson action as one connected process.
