CRM Comparisons
TeleCRM Alternatives for Calling and WhatsApp Sales Teams
Calling capability, conversation context and the next follow-up all matter. Test the actual devices and workflow before choosing a replacement.
If your team sells on the phone, a CRM comparison should begin with the call—not with a long list of messaging features. Can the representative reach the buyer, record the outcome and keep the promised next action visible?
TeleCRM alternatives deserve consideration when your requirements extend beyond the current setup, but replacing a familiar calling workflow has a real adoption cost. Make the reason for changing explicit.
What TeleCRM brings to the comparison
TeleCRM positions its product around telecalling, follow-up and lead capture, including marketplace and advertising sources. Use that as the baseline. A proposed replacement should demonstrate the calling work your team already depends on.
Three different alternatives
| Option | Reason to evaluate | Important boundary |
|---|---|---|
| SHVYA | CRM, AI qualification, follow-up and Call Intelligence. | Call Intelligence is currently an Enterprise feature; verify Android setup. |
| Kraya | WhatsApp sales automation and configured follow-up systems. | Clarify the exact calling product and implementation scope. |
| Zoho CRM | An established CRM with WhatsApp integration options. | Scope telephony and messaging configuration separately. |
See Kraya’s current packages and Zoho’s WhatsApp documentation. These are different approaches, not interchangeable calling products.
Separate three types of calling
A SIM call, a WhatsApp call and an AI voice call are different workflows. Ask which one a feature refers to. Do not assume that “calling supported” means your existing mobile calls will automatically appear with recordings and transcripts.
Check device models, operating systems, permissions, business-number arrangements and the organization’s recording requirements. Demonstrate on the intended devices. SHVYA’s SIM call tracking guide explains why event capture, audio and analysis must be verified separately.
Test what happens after an unanswered call
Use a fictional enquiry, make an unanswered attempt and inspect the next action. Does the owner see a callback? Can a relevant WhatsApp message be prepared through the configured route? If the buyer replies before the callback, does the salesperson have that context?
Then try a connected call where the customer changes the quantity and requests a specification sheet. The CRM should preserve the correction and the promise. A duration counter alone does not tell the next colleague what to do.
Compare the supervisor’s view
Managers need to distinguish activity from progress. Ask how the system represents unanswered calls, useful conversations, appointments and completed sales. Avoid selecting a tool because it encourages the largest number of calls regardless of quality.
Also check reassignment and absence coverage. A follow-up owned by someone on leave needs an operational rule, not merely a notification on their phone.
Assess implementation and cost
Compare the same user count, devices, channels and support scope. Include onboarding, integrations, usage and the effort of moving existing notes and tasks. Read SHVYA’s current plan comparison before assuming Call Intelligence is part of DIY or Done for You.
Keep TeleCRM if it serves the calling process well and the unresolved issue is a fixable configuration problem. Consider switching only when the replacement demonstrates the missing workflow and the team can adopt it.
